Is it possible for a car’s tires to slip frequently in the rain even when they have a lot of tread on them?
I have a 2007 Chrysler 300 and for a while, in any kind of weather going over 40mph, I felt like the wind was pushing it all over the place and like the tires were slipping. So I had the tires rotated and balanced and everything has seemed to stop but the car still slips VERRRY easily when its wet outside. For example when Im on the freeway doing a constant speed of 65 going straight, it feels like it swerves from left to right and I just have to slow down because I think Im going to lose control of the car!
The tires have A LOT OF TREAD, and the guys at Discount Tire (who balanced the tires) didnt mention that I needed new tires when i asked them so how could this be???
PLEASE HELP….. this is such an unsafe feeling..

It may not be the tires it may be something to do with the suspension or steering, I would recommend that since it is a 2007 model and under warranty have the dealer look at this for you because this is a safety issue…………
