How to build a model of a building?
For a school project I need to build a model of the dynamic tower dubai, which is a tower where every story can move seperaltly.
I need some ideas on how to build a tower, what to make it out of, and how to get every story to move?

Most of those suggestions should apply. Just think of them as a starting point. Other ideas may occur to you.
Your project is tougher, though. You will need some kind of axle running vertically through the center of the building. A half-inch diameter wooden dowel (from Home Depot/Lowe’s) should work. I suggest using a wood block with an equal sized hole drilled through it as a base for axle. Glue the block to your base.
The floors should be pretty easy. Use poster board for the walls, glue the corners together with some L-shaped paper support corners on the inside.
I wouldn’t worry about making a floor on individual levels, but a flat roof for each will make for a nice looking model. Plus the roof will help hold the shape of the walls together. Cut a hole in the center of each roof so it will slide down the axle.
Then just stack each floor up the axle and make the spire.
