Unlockable Chatbox?

Back at the U.T.T.A. we had a chatbox, very active, members used it all the time. But, it "destroyed" the forum, since people didn't post. However, an idea the administration came up with a while ago, is to have it so you can unlock the chatbox, after a certain number of posts.

So, how about that?

The chatbox would be exclusive to LIGER-MEMBERS ONLY and administrators must first approve for you to join the chatbox group.

Ah... Actually I have been wondering about that for more time a bit, like when you get prize points, reputation, or be approved, just In my opinion I don't want it on "number of posts", seems too easy.
